Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure that the space that you want is available when you need it, we recommend that you make an advance reservation.
West Stanly Mini Storage does NOT provide insurance on your stored contents. You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered) or apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self-storage insurance. We provide new tenants with a brochure from one of these companies. Insurance is the tenant’s responsibility.
You provide your own lock and key so that you are the only one with access to your unit. You may purchase a high quality lock at our storage office.
Can I pay for my unit over the phone? You will need to visit the facility to lease your unit and make the initial payment. After that, you may call to make payments via credit card.
What type of payment do you accept? We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. DO NOT put cash in the night payment box.
Do you sell boxes and moving supplies? We sell a variety of moving boxes and supplies at the storage office.
What is the minimum rental commitment? The minimum rental period is 1 month.
What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit? A valid driver’s license or federal ID with picture is required to lease a unit.
While we do not offer moving services, there are a variety of movers available in our area. Check the yellow pages under the heading "movers" for a complete list.
How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day? The entire move-in process should take less than 15 minutes. Please keep in mind that this time could vary depending on whether there are other customers ahead of you when you arrive. Mornings are usually the slowest period of the day while afternoons are busier.
